CANCELLATION POLICY

A MASK IS REQUIRED FOR ALL SERVICES

DEPOSIT

All appointments require a deposit which can range from $25 to $100 (based on the service) to secure a booking.

Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferrable to reschedule an appointment .

Your deposit will be applied towards your balance.

Cancellation and Late Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 HOURS / 1 DAY PRIOR to your appointment.

If you need to cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment, your deposit will be non-refundable but can be transferrable to schedule another appointment.

If you fail to cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment, are a NO-SHOW or last minute cancellation, we reserve the right to retain your deposit and apply an additional $50 rebooking fee. Rebooking fee is non-refundable.

 

If you are going to be late or cannot make your appointment due to unforseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible.

Clients who arrive over 15 minutes late may result in a deposit forfeit (LOSS) and cancellation of your appointment. You may also be required to rebook and pay a new deposit if you wish to continue with your procedure after arriving late.

Procedure refusal

We reserve the right to refuse to perform certain procedures on clients that we deem unfit.

For example,   microbladimg on a client who is pregnant or breastfeeding.

PLEASE READ

If this is your first time getting lash extensions, please note that our Mink lashes will last up to 3-4 weeks DEPENDING on how you care for them. Lashes are to be filled every 2-3 weeks. Please  do not allow your lashes to get wet for 24-48 HOURS.
